The deadline for abstract submissions is May 12, 2025, by 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).
We are accepting abstracts for research presentations, ongoing projects, panel discussions, graduate theses in progress, and facilitated discussions. Topics should align with the conference theme and subthemes.
Yes, virtual participation is available for those unable to attend in person. Registration for virtual attendance will open along with in-person registration.
The fee covers access to all conference sessions, keynote speeches, networking events, and conference materials. Meals during coffee breaks and lunches are also included.
Yes, refund requests are accepted until March 15, 2025, subject to a processing fee. Refunds will not be issued after this date or for international attendees once a visa invitation letter has been provided.
Authors of accepted abstracts will be notified by June 30th, 2025, via email.
